- "PKI Digital Signatures For eCommerce as A Special Case of Electronic
Signatures - The Legal Framework of Today," presented at a
meeting of the New Jersey State Bar
Association's Computer-Related Law Committee. The thesis is that
it will be feasible for websites in the U.S. to replace paper commercial
contracts with clickwrap electronic contracts using PKI Digital Signatures,
upon enactment of a Conference Bill in
Bliley H.R.1714/Abraham S.761(or UETA
by all States involved), without the need for specialized Digital Signature
Legislation.
